Drive Action Fund is a nonprofit (EIN: 33-2234025) that advocates for gender equality in transportation safety. We applied for 501(c)4 determination from the IRS in January 2025, and are awaiting official clearance; the IRS' current approval backlog extends to July 2024. However, all approvals are retroactive, meaning that actions and donations completed after our January 2025 application will be classified under the 501(c)4 designation, conditional on approval.​

From March 8th 2023 to May 8th 2025, this organization's operations were conducted under Drive US Forward, our 501(c)3 predecessor. On May 8th 2025, the Drive Action Fund took over advocacy initiatives. 

 

Drive US Forward's assets, including donations and grants, were not transferred to the Drive Action Fund. ​​
