Thanks to contributors like yourself, our organization is able to finally make cars safe for women. Specifically, donor funding empowers our team to advocate with policymakers, share our message across the nation, and pass the She DRIVES Act into law.

 

One quick technical reminder – while Drive Action Fund applied for 501(c)4 status from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in early 2025, we have yet to hear back. Fortunately, 501(c)4 designation is retroactive, meaning that contributions donated after our filing will qualify as 501(c)4 donations, pending application approval. We will let you know as soon as we hear back from the IRS with more information.
